Placing Your Safety at the Heart of Our Events

When you join our event in person, you can expect to see that health and safety is a priority, and that a range of measures are in place to ensure everyone involved is able to enjoy a safe, hygienic, productive, and high-quality organized event experience.

Following are the protocols and guidelines we’ve put in place to protect your health and peace of mind.

This information is subject to change based on hotel, state, and company guidelines.

Vaccination Requirement & Testing

Execs In The Know is recommending proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 antigen test within 72 hours prior to traveling for all participants attending Customer Response Summit in Clearwater Beach, FL.

Please be advised that all attendees, regardless of vaccination status, will be provided a rapid antigen test kit on-site at hotel check-in and it is recommended to test prior to attending the event. Not staying at the hotel? See event staff at the registration desk. These requirements are subject to change based on the current COVID-19 situation.

Health & Safety Protocols

  • Any attendee who tests positive for COVID-19 will receive a full refund should they test positive before or at the event.
  • Please be advised that all attendees, regardless of vaccination status, will be provided a rapid antigen test kit on-site at hotel check-in and it is recommended to test prior to attending the event. Not staying at the hotel? See the event staff at the registration desk.

  • Face masks are optional for attendees. This is subject to change based on the current COVID-19 situation.
  • Wyndham Grand employees – including the food and beverage staff – will wear masks indoors.
  • Food and beverage services will be provided to minimize exposure/risk.
  • All participants should self-screen daily for symptoms of COVID-19 or other illness and must not attend if experiencing any symptoms.
  • Where possible, contactless systems and processes will be implemented to minimize touch points.
  • Program materials will be distributed electronically where possible.
  • We are carefully managing crowd densities and capacities.
  • The general session room will be cleaned nightly.
  • Hand sanitizer will be readily available throughout the event.
  • These health and safety measures will be strictly enforced. Any exceptions will require formal documentation.

Expectations for Event Participants

  • Individuals should not attend the event if they have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 10 days or if they are concerned that they have been exposed to the virus within the last 10 days and could possibly test positive.
  • Should an event participant test positive for COVID-19, register a temperature, or become ill during the event, they should observe recognized quarantine procedures.
  • All event participants are expected to observe and engage in recognized preventive actions to help ensure a safe environment, including frequent hand washing.

Travel

Execs In The Know recommends all participants review the CDC guidance on travel. Please be aware of which public transportation hubs require masks. This includes but is not limited to airports, flights, taxi/ride share, and local buses.
