*Cancellation Policy: Cancellations outside of 60 days receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 60 days from the training event, but attendees unable to attend may send someone in their place. Attendance change notifications should be submitted to Execs In The Know at alison@execsintheknow.com prior to the event. In the unlikely event that the training program is canceled by COPC and Execs In The Know, purchased registrations may be moved to another available training course. Should no course be available, or upon the purchaser’s request, a full refund will be provided.
