He won the Circle of Excellence Platinum Club, Microsoft highest achievement award, for his work in launching and supporting Windows releases.

    With over 15 years of experience leading technical support delivery at country, regional and worldwide levels, Bernard has a proven track record of leading change to drive improved customer experiences.
