Customer Response Summit is built by leaders for leaders. This event is designed for corporate brand leaders responsible for the customer experience strategy and operations within their organizations. It is designed as a learning, sharing, networking, and engagement event for corporate peers.
Subject matter experts from participating/presenting partners and their teams are welcome to attend as part of their sponsorship. Non-sponsoring vendors are welcome to attend with a general admission fee.*
