Execs In The Know’s Customer Response Summit (CRS) to Showcase Diverse CX Leaders and Conversations in Austin, TX, March 1-3, 2023

PHOENIX, ARIZONA, US, January 24, 2023 — Global customer experience (CX) industry leader Execs In The Know is taking Customer Response Summit (CRS) to Austin, Texas. The highly anticipated event takes place March 1-3, 2023, at the JW Marriott Austin and is an opportunity to explore “Creating Moments That Matter” with a community of CX leaders.

The focus of the summit will be PASSION for Customers, the POWER of Technology, and PURPOSE Driven Leadership. CRS is where leading CX executives and their teams learn, share, and engage through inspiring keynotes, panels, case studies, idea sharing, and can’t-miss peer-to-peer networking events.

Featuring an agenda that’s been built for leaders who are advancing the conversation on CX, customer service, and the challenges currently facing the industry, CRS Austin will be punctuated with moments that truly matter.

“Yet again—and much to our delight—we are returning to Austin,” said Chad McDaniel, President of Execs In The Know. “We are excited with the world-class, all-star line-up of speakers and panelists that are coming from across sectors to share their expertise, insights, and experience. Part of working in this industry is imagining what could be and exploring the possibilities.”

Attendees will discover new perspectives on the current and future CX landscape with insights from speakers who are setting a new bar by propelling the industry forward, one experience at a time. The dynamic speaking lineup includes some of the world’s most admired brands and the CX executives who run them, including Nationwide, Marriott International, Turo, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, United Airlines, Roblox, Phillips, woom Bikes, and more.

In her keynote, “Passion on Purpose: Why Great Leadership Is Driven by Passion,” Jasmine Green, Vice President of Enterprise Customer Solutions and Enablement at Nationwide, will share her principles on why passion must be interwoven into every aspect of CX. Wilfred Busby, Senior Vice President of Employee Experience at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, is slated to explain how a culture of empowerment and engagement paves the way for operational excellence.

Additionally, Julie Weingardt, Chief Operations Officer at Turo, the world’s largest car sharing marketplace, will take center stage to share why the power of customer obsession lies beyond being customer-centric. Shannon Patterson, Senior Vice President of Customer Engagement Centers at Marriott International, is keen on diving into how putting people first translates to seamless guest experiences, happier customers, and brand loyalty.
