Meet Our New KIA Champions

When we launched the Know It All (KIA) Champions Program earlier this year, we set out to do more than recognize individual excellence. We set out to build a collective of leaders whose ideas, values, and energy would shape the future of customer experience.

Today, we’re thrilled to introduce four new leaders who embody that mission, each in their own unique way.

Please welcome the newest KIA Champions:

  • James Glover, Vice President of Customer Experience & Quality at CHEP
  • Daniel McFadden, Vice President of Customer Support at PAR, Inc.
  • Stephanie Stafford, Senior Director of Customer Experience at YETI
  • David Zimmerman, Director of Customer Experience at QVC

These leaders represent countless hours spent rethinking processes, uplifting teams, listening to customers, and turning obstacles into opportunities. And just as importantly, these leaders have shown up consistently within our KIA community, sharing ideas, engaging in dialogue, and sparking the kind of conversations that help all of us grow.

A Community Grown by Champions

Each KIA Champion brings a fresh perspective and an unwavering belief in the power of collaboration. Together, they join our inaugural champions, Jessica Patel of Belk and Diane Haluszka of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, in carrying forward the mission of this program: to elevate voices, ideas, and action in the CX community.

Why It Matters

At its core, the KIA Champions Program isn’t about the spotlight. It’s about shared leadership. Champions don’t just show up when things are easy. They ask hard questions and challenge assumptions. They reach out to help others find clarity. They post, comment, respond, and cheer each other on. And in doing so, they raise the bar for all of us.

As Champions, James, Daniel, Stephanie, and David will spend the next year sparking discussions inside the KIA community, offering insights, responding to peers, and participating in exclusive leadership opportunities. Whether it’s through a thought-provoking thread, a candid reply, or a fresh idea shared in a roundtable, their influence will ripple outward.

Your Invitation to Lead

If you’re part of the KIA community, you’ve already seen how rich the conversation can be. If you’re not, consider this your invitation.
