WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Customer Response Summit is built by leaders for leaders.

This event is designed for corporate brand leaders responsible for the customer experience strategy and operations within their organizations. Its format allows you to easily learn, share, network, and engage with your corporate peers in an inviting environment.

Subject matter experts from participating/presenting partners and their teams are welcome to attend per their sponsorship details. Non-sponsoring vendors are welcome to attend. Media are not permitted to attend.
